Important things to remember when booking a party
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Party Packages may not be downgraded once booked as we assign rooms based on group size.
- Parties can be rescheduled at no cost up to 2 weeks before your reserved date.
- If rescheduled within 2 weeks of the party a $50 reschedule fee will be applied.
- All guests, jumpers, and non-jumpers are required to sign a waiver.
- Additional Jumpers: $29 per guest
- Additional pizza orders must be placed 24 hours before the party.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation.
- To speed up the check-in process, we recommend reminding guests to complete their waivers before arrival.
- Please note that the party room will not be available until 30 minutes after your scheduled jump time begins.
- Party room size accommodates seating for the jumpers only, family and friends are still welcome in the rooms!
